Wish: change default log_timestamp

Hello,

I'd suggest to change the default value of log_timestamp to something with
complete date and time. Currently the string is missing the year. Maybe,
%F (ISO date) would fit best.

Bye,

The current default is based on (default) syslog timestamp format. I
don't know if it matters if it's the same or not. Maybe %F would be
good. But I don't think it's that big of a deal to change it either.
